1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "bije999" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to bije999, the online gaming platform accessible at bije999.games, including all games, services, content, and features available therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a bije999 account.
• "Account" means the registered bije999 player account, including the associated PKR wallet, game history, and personal settings.
• "PKR Balance" means the Pakistani Rupee balance held within your bije999 account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and eligible bonus credits.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of your PKR balance derived from actual deposits made by the player, excluding promotional or bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free play credits, or match bonus amounts credited to your bije999 account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which bije999 confirms a player's identity using official Pakistani identity documents (CNIC or NICOP).
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each game available on bije999, which are displayed within each game interface and supplement these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To open and maintain a bije999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their bije999 account will be permanently closed, all PKR balances will be forfeited, and all transactions during the period of underage use may be voided. bije999 is committed to preventing underage gambling and works with available identity verification technology to support this commitment.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold one and only one bije999 account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is prohibited. If bije999 identifies multiple accounts held by the same player, all accounts beyond the first registered account may be closed and any PKR balances associated with the additional accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

When registering on bije999, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details and must promptly update your bije999 account information if any registered detail changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bije999 login credentials. You must not share your bije999 password with any third party. bije999 support staff will never ask for your password and you should not disclose it to anyone claiming to represent bije999. All actions taken through your bije999 account while logged in are deemed to have been made by you.

If you suspect that your bije999 account credentials have been compromised, you must contact bije999 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

bije999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only, via the approved payment channels listed on the bije999 Cashier page. Approved payment methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank QR, UBL bank QR, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount on bije999 is 500 PKR. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by bije999 at the platform level, though individual payment channel limits imposed by the payment provider (e.g., Easypaisa or JazzCash daily transaction limits) apply and are the player's responsibility to be aware of.

Deposits are credited to your bije999 PKR Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bije999 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the official bije999 Cashier. Any attempt to fund an account via an unofficial channel will not be credited and bije999 accepts no liability for funds transferred through unauthorised payment routes.

5. Withdrawals

Players may withdraw their Real Money PKR Balance at any time subject to the following conditions being met: (a) KYC identity verification has been completed successfully; (b) there are no pending bonus wagering requirements that restrict the withdrawable balance; (c) the account is not under review, suspended, or subject to any temporary hold.

The minimum withdrawal amount on bije999 is 500 PKR. The Cockfighting arena on bije999 presents live streamed matches from authorised venues. bije999 is responsible solely for the betting interface and PKR payout processing. Cockfighting bout results are determined by the outcome of the physical match as declared by the presiding official at the venue. bije999 accepts no liability for any disputed bout result arising from events at the venue.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bije999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of PKR balances:

• Opening multiple accounts or using the accounts of other players.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with bije999 games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit game or bonus term vulnerabilities, including but not limited to chip dumping, bonus abuse, or collusion in poker-style games.
• Using the bije999 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Pakistani financial regulations.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals for deposits that were used to generate winnings on bije999. Any player initiating a fraudulent chargeback will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Attempting to access or disrupt bije999's technical infrastructure, including any attempt at hacking, reverse engineering, or data extraction from the platform.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising your bije999 account or any associated PKR balances to a third party.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

bije999 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Pakistani players in the course of account registration, KYC verification, and platform use. By registering on bije999, you consent to bije999 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement.

bije999 does not sell, rent, or share Pakistani player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, gaming studios) under strict data processing agreements, and where required by applicable law or regulatory order.

10. Responsible Gaming

bije999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Pakistani players, accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring any support contact:

11. Limitation of Liability

bije999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While bije999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted platform availability, bije999 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or data loss events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bije999's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the bije999 platform shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that player into their bije999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bije999 accepts no liability for: (a) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions; (b) losses arising from technical malfunctions outside bije999's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages; (c) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind; (d) losses arising from a player's own gambling decisions, including all financial losses resulting from betting activity on bije999.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bije999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Closure and Termination

Players may close their bije999 account at any time by contacting bije999 support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining Real Money PKR Balance will be refunded to the player's last verified withdrawal channel within five business days, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

bije999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during account registration or verification.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 above.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal activity in connection with the bije999 account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Any other circumstance in which bije999 reasonably determines that continuing to service the account presents a commercial, legal, or reputational risk.

Where a bije999 account is closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, PKR balances associated with the account may be forfeited. bije999 will provide written notice via the player's registered email address of the reason for account closure in all cases where legally permissible to do so.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bije999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The current version of the bije999 Terms & Conditions is always available at bije999.games/terms-and-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Continued use of bije999 after the effective date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you may close your bije999 account as described in Section 12 above before the effective date of the amendment.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and your use of bije999 are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bije999 platform should be raised first with bije999 directly by contacting our support team via live chat or via email at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).

bije999 will acknowledge any formal player dispute within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receipt. Where bije999 and a player cannot resolve a dispute through direct negotiation, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from any translation of these Terms & Conditions into another language, the English language version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
